How to Redeem
Congratulations! Your Groupon certificate gets you a deeply discounted rate on your river rafting adventure! The easiest way to schedule your adventure is to do it online. Click here to access our online reservations. Choose the date you’d like to take the trip and the number of tickets. Click on “Enter discount code”, enter your Groupon redemption code, click “Apply Discount”. If you have multiple Groupon vouchers, enter multiple codes separating them by commas.
Sales tax on Groupon
Your Groupon voucher pays for the tour. However, WA state tax law requires us to charge you an 8.5% tax (which works out to $2.98) on the amount you paid for your voucher. Since there is no convenient way for us to charge this tax, we are reflecting this tax as part of post-discount ticket price ($2.74) plus tax ($0.23) combined.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Where do I find my Groupon certificate/barcode number?
Log into Groupon using the email and password you used to set up your Groupon account. Then go to your Groupons or gift page to view and print your certificates.
How far in advance should I schedule my adventure?
We recommend scheduling at least 7 days in advance. For weekend and holiday reservations, you'll want to call several weeks ahead of time, as these dates fill quickly.
Can I purchase additional spaces? Lunch?
Yes! If you have friends or family that do not have Groupon certificates but would still like to join you please let us know. You will need to purchase their space(s) in advance. Additional spaces will be at the regular rate of $70 per person. Lunch arrangements must also be made in advance and will require an additional payment of $20 per person which can be paid at the time of your tour. Lunch trips meet earlier in the morning --- 10am and 11am.
